Hi my name is Alan Dalla Rosa. I am from a small town located in the Italian Riviera where the sea was my backyard and sports were my primary hobbies. I participated in basketball, volleyball, cross country, tennis, swimming and then stuck to soccer, like the vast majority of Italian boys. That is how I was introduced, at a very early age, to wellness and keeping in shape. I played soccer amateurly and semi pro in both Italy and in Costa Rica, and later Division 1 for Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL., which I attended for my undergraduate studies. The obvious college choice for me was the College of Science and the majored in Exercise Science and Wellness. Towards, the end of my third year, I decided to continue expanding my knowledge by transitioning to graduate studies. Physical Therapy, chiropractic and medicine were my top choices, Medicine was my final choice. I completed my requirements for a Bachelor in Exercise and Wellness alongside all the pre-med requirements. In 1996, I moved back to Costa Rica where my family was living and entered the Universidad Autonoma de Centro America Medical School and later transferred to the Universidad Internacional de Las Americas Medical School where I graduated with a Medical Doctor degree in 2000. My plans were always to return to Florida to practice medicine. In 2011, I attended the Nursing Program for Foreign Medical Graduate offered at Florida International University, in Miami, and completed first a Bachelors in Nursing, followed by a Masters in Nursing, granting me the title of Nurse Practitioner in 2013. Since then, aside from a period of one year caring for patients as a Wound Care Specialist, I have worked in multiple Emergency Departments in South Florida and now in North East Florida. After over a decade of practice, I experienced first-hand the inadequacy of our Healthcare system to care for patients and how little importance is given to preventive medicine. In recent years, I stumbled across alternate modalities that have been showing promising and lasting results for patients with chronic conditions. Scientific methods focused on providing our body the right tools and ingredients to heal itself as well as information that helps patients embrace lifestyle modifications to successfully treat most of their ailments. I, therefore, became certified as a Functional Medicine Provider as well as Regenerative Medicine specialist to increase my knowledge base and skills. My focus now is on each patient as whole not as a symptom. Together, with my wife Jackie, we decided to offer these alternate modalities to the public and the idea of creating Abbracci Wellness Center was born.

Hello! I’m Jackie Dalla Rosa, a passionate nurse practitioner dedicated to helping you look and feel your best from the inside out. Originally from Peru and raised in vibrant South Florida, I’m a proud mom of four amazing kids and married to my wonderful husband, Alan, whose humor and heart keep our family thriving.
My journey in healthcare began as a licensed practical nurse, caring for diverse communities in settings like home health, rehabilitation centers, and Cleveland Clinic Florida, where I specialized in electrophysiology, oncology, and hematology. Inspired to do more, I earned my Master’s of Science in Nursing and became an emergency department nurse practitioner, later working in an urgent care. While I loved helping patients in acute situations, I realized treating symptoms wasn’t enough—I wanted to address the root causes of health and wellness challenges.
This passion led me and my husband to become certified in Functional Medicine, a transformative approach that focuses on personalized, holistic care. At our Wellness Center, we combine regenerative and functional medicine to deliver results that go beyond skin-deep. Whether it’s rejuvenating your energy, enhancing your natural beauty, or optimizing your overall wellness, we’re here to create tailored solutions that empower you to live your most vibrant life.
When I’m not helping patients, you’ll find me practicing krav maga, diving into a good romance or horror novel, or staying inspired by podcasts like Crime Junkies and The Ultimate Human. My mission is simple: to make a meaningful difference in your life by addressing the why behind your health goals. Let’s work together to unlock your full potential!
